Kill ‘em all — Installation 2009

The piece is installed in a shopping window in Örebro. Örebro is located in Närke and is a part of the Swedish wolf population´s geographical habitat. Six months after the installation of the piece, 28 wolves were shot (more then 10% of the Swedish/Norwegian tribe). The Swedish Government and  the hunters association feel that the population needs to be kept down to prevent inbreeding.

I create a kind of Mandala.
The post-it notes stand as symbols for time and reminiscence.

the glue withers.
the notes fall to the ground.
the picture slowly disintegrates.

In the bottom of the image DOM is written  , DOM means THEM in Swedish (spoken Swedish). But it also means VERDICT. In polish DOM means HOME.
